This is our own working caseload. We built EquiCore against real intake forms, real session volume, and real grant deadlines before anyone else used it.

EquiCore wasn't designed in a conference room. It was built inside SOOFA Ranch, a 501(c)(3) equine assisted services nonprofit in Metro Atlanta, using its actual intake forms, session notes, and grant obligations as the specification.

Every assessment field, permission rule, and report layout was tested against a live caseload and a real funder deadline before it shipped. When a feature made documentation slower for the practitioner in the arena, it was cut.
