Accessibility Statement

We work with practitioners who serve people with disabilities every day. Holding our own software to a lower standard would be indefensible.

Our standard

We target WCAG 2.1 Level AA across this website and the EquiCore platform: keyboard navigability, visible focus states, sufficient color contrast, descriptive alternative text, and semantic structure for screen readers.

Known gaps

Some third-party components, including our scheduling calendar, are not fully under our control. Where a third party falls short, we provide an alternative path — you can always book by email instead of using the embedded calendar.

Reporting a barrier

If something blocks you, email hello@equicoretechnologies.com with what you were trying to do. We respond within two business days and will offer a workaround while we fix the underlying issue.
