Privacy Policy

Information we collect

Marketing site: your name, email, organization, and anything you tell us when booking a demo. Platform: client records your practice enters, which may include protected health information.

How client data is handled

Your practice remains the owner and custodian of its client records. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-based, and record changes are logged. We do not sell data, and we do not use client records to train models.

Retention

Records are retained for as long as your practice maintains an account, and exported or deleted on request in line with your own retention obligations.
